Jacob is a proud graduate from the University of New Hampshire where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communication. While at UNH, Jacob held multiple executive leadership roles in his fraternity, Sigma Chi, where he developed crucial skills in leadership, teamwork, and negotiation. This experience has positioned him to service his clients at an exceptionally high level, providing him with a solid foundation in communication and people skills, showing that he excels in relationship-building, and problem-solving. What excites him the most about working in real estate is not just the personal connection with clients, but the fulfillment of guiding them through such a significant life decision.
Outside of real estate, he’s passionate about technology—from building computers to staying updated on the latest gaming trends. He also dedicates his time to investing, enjoying time outdoors, whether it's in New Hampshire, catching a Yankees game, or simply recharging in nature. As a jack of all trades, Jacob brings a diverse skill set to the real estate field, from photoshop and photography experience to being Mental Health Aid Certified, thus allowing him to offer a well-rounded and supportive experience to all clients. Jacob was born and raised in Middletown and currently resides in Manchester, CT.
